BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Dear customers:

Please read the following “Booking Terms and Conditions” carefully.
Making booking and/or making payment to International Travel Service Wellington means you accept our following terms and conditions.

1 To book the air-ticket:
1.1 Air-ticket price is subject to availability and may vary without prior notice. Quoted prices are subject to change at any time until full payment is received and cleared. It is your responsibility to make full payment in suggested due time.
1.2 It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct name(s) for your bookings. The name(s) need to be consistent with your travel documents (passport or other valid travel documents).
1.3 International Travel Service Wellington has all rights to issue air-ticket anytime within the ticketing deadline after payment is received and cleared from customers. Once payment is received and air-tickets are issued, making amendments to these tickets (either changes or cancellations) are separate transactions.

2 To change the air-ticket:
2.1 If you would like to change your flights, please get in touch with one of our travel consultants at least 3 business days before departure, or go to relevant airlines staff in airport on your departure day.
2.2 Change fee and consultant service fee will apply. In case of changes, you agree to indemnify us the corresponding change fee plus consultant service fee. Change fees are governed by airline fare rules.

3 Air-Ticket Cancellation:
3.1 If you would like to cancel your flights please get in touch with one of our travel consultants at least 5 business days before departure.
3.2 Cancellation penalty and consultant service fee will apply. In case of cancellations, you agree to indemnify us the corresponding cancellation penalty plus consultant service fee. Cancellation penalty is governed by airline fare rules. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of your booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced or not.
3.3 International Travel Service Wellington can only assist customer to make cancellation requests to airlines.
3.4 Refund will only be provided after we receive the refund from the relevant suppliers.
3.5 Refund process can take at least 4 weeks and up to 12 months.

4 Liability:
4.1 International Travel Service Wellington acts as an agent only to make travel bookings and/or requests on your behalf. International Travel Service Wellington cannot be held responsible for flight delays, schedule changes or flight cancellations caused by natural causes and/or unforeseen circumstances such as poor weather conditions and other airline/airport related issues. Neither is International Travel Service Wellington liable for any costs associated with the above mentioned.
4.2 Special requests make on your behalf are not guaranteed. They are subjects to airlines/airports availability.
4.3 Please confirm your flights with either International Travel Service Wellington or your airline company at least 3 business days before departure.
4.4 If you need immediate assistance whilst travelling, please contact the airline directly.
4.5 International Travel Service Wellington will only provide assistance to customers during business hours and when sufficient time is given to us for contacting our service suppliers on your behalf.

5 Passports, Visas, Travel Documents and Travel Insurance:
5.1 It is your responsibility to make sure you hold a valid passport/visa/travel documents for your travel.International Travel Service Wellington takes no responsibility for any passport/visa/travel documents related issues. If you need information regarding visas and other travel documents requirements for your trip please check directly with the relevant organizations.
5.2 We highly recommend that you check your valid passport/visa/travel documents before purchase air ticket.
5.3 We highly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance.

6 Taxes:
6.1 In certain countries, customers may be required to pay taxes in airports upon departure or arrival, which are not included in your ticket.

7 Health:
7.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation.
7.2 You should assess the risks associated with your chosen destination through the Safe Travel website(www.safetravel.govt.nz), and ensure that you are fully aware of any health and safety risks associated with your chosen destinations.

8 Governing Law:
8.1 If any dispute arises in relation to the agreement between you and us as constituted by these terms and conditions or otherwise, the New Zealand laws will apply. You unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand and waive any right that you may have to object to an action being brought in those courts.
